Green and White Two Layer Panels
Taff-Guard two layer intake panels are constructed using two synthetic layers of media sealed over a metal wire frame.
The first layer, dry and white, acts as a pre-filter to remove the medium and large particles. The second layer, green with an adhesive, removes and retains the smaller particles.

High Efficiency Diffusion media
Taff-Guard diffusion media panel is a high efficiency intake filter for down and cross draft paint booths. This paint booth filter is designed to achieve the highest level of performance possible.
It is available in 20 meter Master Rolls up to 2.4M wide, pre-cut pads of any size, and panels with metal frames.

Dustguard Heavy Duty panels
Dustguard panels filters are designed for cross draft and down draft paint booths when a higher quality paint finish is required.
Constructed with two synthetic media layers. The first layer of white polyester acts as a pre-filter. The second stage is a dual density synthetic media with an added adhesive.

Paint Booth Exhaust Filters
Andreae Accordion Filters
ANDREAE Standard Filters are used in the exhaust of paint booths for over-spray collection.
The front V-shaped wall prevents over-spray bounce back and migration. The deeper V-shape of the back wall is the paint holding pocket.
The exhaust holes are misaligned to divert the paint laden airflow to the holding pocket, where the paint is captured, while maintaining a constant flow during the loading phase.

Fiberglass paint arrestor media
Taff-Guard fiberglass over spray collectors are an efficient, cost-effective paint arrestor that both protect the spray booth exhaust system and the outside environment.
The fiberglass media is 22 grams per foot and its fibers are formed into progressively denser layers, with the densest of fibers located closest to the air leaving side.

Extended Surface Cube Filters
Taff-Guard extended surface cube filters are an excellent option for use in paint booths and powder booths as a second-stage exhaust filter or intake air pre-filter.
The extended surface area of the cube has two major advantages compared to a panel or pre-cut pad: it significantly mitigates pressure drop and increases paint holding capacity.
