Andreae Accordion Filters
Description:
ANDREAE Standard Filters are used in the exhaust of paint booths for over-spray collection.
The front V-shaped wall prevents over-spray bounce back and migration. The deeper V-shape of the back wall is the paint holding pocket.
The exhaust holes are misaligned to divert the paint laden airflow to the holding pocket, where the paint is captured, while maintaining a constant flow during the loading phase.

high efficiency option:
Upgrading to the high efficiency option will allow fewer filter changes. Fewer filter changes equate to less disposal costs, less labor, and more production time due to fewer change outs.
The ANDREAE High Efficiency features deeper V-shape of the back wall that captures over-spray and deposits it outside of the air flow in the paint holding pockets. The position of the holes forces the air flow to change directions along three axes while the added layer of polyester captures the smallest particles.
Custom Sizes
In order to fit paint lines with exhausts that do not match standard Andreae filters sizes or to save time and labor, many customers will request pre-cut Andreae filters. Taff-Guard is happy to accommodate this requirement. For a small surcharge, Andreae filters can be cut down from 36” or 39” to the required width, and cut into segments of any required length. Now, your painters will spend less time cutting filters, and more time painting.
