Description:

The Taff-Guard rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter. Rigid Cells provide excellent dust holding capacity paired with a rigid frame to eliminate particles.

Rigid Cell filters are constructed with melt blown synthetic media made from polypropylene fibers or, upon special request, high density microfine glass fibers which form a lofted filter blanket. The media is then continuously bonded to an expanded metal support grid with 95% open face area. Wedge shaped pleats are incorporated in the design to assure maximum utilization of filter media, maximum dust holding capacity and extended life of the filter.
