Heavy Duty Pleated carbon FILTERS
Taff-Guard heavy duty pleated carbon filters are an effective solution for challenges ranging from odours to smoke and fume removal. Each filter comes equipped with 200g of carbon media.
The design is similar to that of a standard pleated filter and can be installed in any housing that is made for standard pleated filters.
For most odors and fumes, an activated carbon filter, in the appropriate density, is sufficient. However, for certain cases, the carbon requires special additives: either activated alumina with a 5% impregnation of potassium permangante; or zeolite.
