Product Spotlight: LoadTech Mini-Pleated Filters

The LoadTech is a mini-pleated filter that uses cutting edge technology to outperform traditional box cell filters in most applications. It will last longer than an ASHRAE-style box cell filter and twice as long as a rigid cell filter.

All LoadTech filters are made with certain advantages over traditional box cell filters:

  • Proprietary, advanced media – the technology that drives the LoadTech is filter media that has three distinct advantages:

o   Dust holding capacity – higher than traditional box cel lfilters

o   Efficiency  - MERV 14

o   Low pressure drop – lower than traditional box cell filters

  • Synthetic construction – LoadTech Mini-Pleated Filters are made with a synthetic frame that is lighter, easier to dispose of and less expensive than metal, without sacrificing durability.

  • Compact design – LoadTech filters achieve their performance with only 4” of depth, making them very easy to handle, store and ship.

LoadTech Filters are available with and without a header.  LoadTechs without a header come with a Quadseal gasket, for an improved seal around the outside.

LoadTech filters can replace ASHRAE cell, rigid cell, 2V and mini pleat filters in single header and most box-style configurations, providing equal or greater performance.  Their longer service life will reduce man hours spent on maintenance, and the reduced pressure drop will reduce wear on your fans and energy consumption.

While many filters are tested in-house, the LoadTech has been independently tested, which ensures all its performance advantages have been verified by an impartial expert.
